We can generally take more hourly clients and more Launch Something projects, because they use less of our development capacity. Deep custom systems need sustained hands-on work, so we only run a very small number at a time. That's a real limit, not a countdown timer.

If you're unhappy, we make it right

The guarantee covers the work period you just paid for. Tell us promptly and we'll fix it or refund that period.

Tell us within 72 hours of the session, the project delivery, or the end of the build week.
For hourly work, the refundable unit is that one session.
For a Launch Something project, it's that specific project.
For custom systems, it's the one $2,500 build week you just paid for.
You never prepay for future build weeks, so there's never a big balance at risk.
Refunded work can't be kept, published or deployed — everything previously paid for stays yours.
Outside costs (hosting, domains, subscriptions, ads, transaction fees) aren't ours to refund.

Freedom to leave

Your project is never held hostage

If you decide to stop working with us, we hand off the assets, code, content and other paid-for work that can reasonably be transferred or exported. From there you can manage it yourself, keep developing it with AI, hand it to your own team, or hire another developer or agency.

Because we build with modern AI-assisted tools, another capable person can usually continue the project instead of starting over. Some third-party platforms have their own transfer rules, but the principle is simple:

We want clients to stay because they love working with us — not because they're stuck.

Hosting and maintenance. After a build you can take the project with you, or keep it hosted and maintained with us. Hosting and maintenance keep things running smoothly — they're separate from new development work, which is booked as hours, a project, or another build week.
