You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, scrape it at scale, upload harmful code, or use it to harass anyone or infringe anyone's rights.

Our Magic Scan, quizzes, games and AI wizard are offered for free, "as is", for general informational purposes. AI-generated output can be incomplete or wrong — treat it as a starting point, not professional advice. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or accounting advice.

Don't submit confidential, sensitive or personal information about other people into these tools.

Booking a free 15-minute call reserves time with one of our wizards. It doesn't create a client relationship or obligate either of us to work together. Please cancel or reschedule if you can't make it — we hold that time for you.

Any paid work is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement that covers scope, timeline, fees and deliverables. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the work it describes. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

The text, design, graphics, code, games and other materials on this site are owned by The Tech Wizards or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share them; you may not copy, resell or republish them as your own without our written permission.

We link to other websites and products, some through affiliate links. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. See our Disclosures page.

Any results, case studies or testimonials shown describe the experience of specific clients. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same results — your outcome depends on your business, market and effort.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tech Wizards is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid us nothing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
