The Tech Wizards is a small business based in the United States that builds websites, apps, funnels and automations for other small businesses. You can reach us any time at hello@thetechwizards.io.

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business details and anything else you type into our booking form, contact form or free tools.
• Conversations with Merlin. Messages you send to our AI wizard, so we can generate a reply and improve the tool.
• Website and tool inputs. URLs you submit to the Magic Scan, quiz answers, and game scores.
• Usage information. Standard technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this site is not directed to them.

• To schedule, confirm and follow up on your free consultation.
• To answer your questions and deliver the free tools and resources you request.
• To send you emails you asked for, and occasional updates you can opt out of.
• To operate, secure, measure and improve the site.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use trusted third-party services to run this business — website and application hosting, scheduling, email delivery, analytics, payment processing and AI providers that power Merlin. They only receive what they need to perform their service for us, and are required to protect it.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (essential), remember your preferences, and understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for parts of the site to function. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal — we honor Global Privacy Control where required.
