Common questions
How fast can you start?
Usually within a week or two. Small builds like an Express Website take about 3 active days; larger systems move one build week at a time, and you see progress as we go.
Do I have to pay for everything up front?
No. Larger builds are paid one active week (or phase) at a time. You fund a phase, we build it and walk you through it, and only then do you decide whether to fund the next one. You're never locked into paying for weeks of future work in advance.
What if I don't like the work?
Each build phase ends with a walkthrough, usually at the end of that build week. Within 72 hours of that walkthrough, you either accept the work and we move on to the next build phase, or you tell us you don't like it and we give you your money back for that phase — but you can't keep using the work. Earlier accepted phases remain yours.
Is hosting included?
Hosting after active build phases is separate and kept simple — we'll lay out the exact monthly cost in writing before you commit to anything.
Are these prices permanent?
No — these are sale prices, and the sale ends Friday, October 23. After that, everything returns to regular rates. Your sale price is locked in once your first phase is paid.
How many clients do you take on?
We're a two-person team and do all the work ourselves, so we only take on a few builds at a time. Once our October calendar is full, new projects go on a waitlist and we'll tell you the next available start before you commit.
Can you just fix or improve what I already have?
Often, yes. Try a Tech Wizard is built for exactly that — we troubleshoot, improve, or teach, starting with a $50 first hour.
Booking & peace of mind
- Larger builds are paid one phase at a time — you review each phase before continuing.
- Money-back guarantee: within 72 hours of walking you through your last build phase, you either accept it and we continue to the next phase, or you tell us you don't like it and we give you your money back for that phase. The refunded work can't be used; earlier accepted phases remain yours.
- Written terms are provided before any payment.
